This project, which significantly increased the size of her junior high high-interest library, supplied nearly $1,000 in student-requested books to the District.  Mrs. Lore, a second year teacher and Literacy enthusiast at NH-M, has been passionate about inspiring students to read.  Some of her unorthodox ideas have included the inclusion of yoga while reading, a modern re-enactment of Shakespearean drama, a mandatory summer reading program where students blogged via social media (Instagram) and a successful pilot of Google Classroom in which students took “book shelfies” (selfies with books).
