TO POTENTIAL BIDDERS:
Sealed bids will be received by the Owner at New Holland Middletown School District Building until 2:00 PM, Central Time, on April 2, 2020.
Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read at the New Holland Middletown School District Building at 2:00 PM, Central Time, on April 2, 2020 or at such later time and place as may then be fixed.

Notice - New Holland- Middletown Elementary A/E Services: Concrete Masonry Replacement Project - Public Reading Meeting Notice for Bids Due April 2, 2020 at 2 pm.  Bid opening will occur online.  

Sealed bids will be opened and publicly read via an online public session. Session information will be published on the District’s website and an invitation can be sent directly to individuals upon request. Online session will begin at 2:30 pm on April 2, 2020. The general nature of the work is as follows:
The project includes removal of existing concrete block and installation of new concrete masonry units inside the building at New Holland Middletown School.  The existing structure is to be supported during the process.  CMU will be painted and base to be installed to match into the existing. Project may begin (1) one week after school releases for summer break and completion is July 17, 2020.

Bidding documents may be examined at the Architect/Engineer's office and at the Owner's office. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after the date of the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. It is the intent of the Owner to award a contract to the lowest responsible, responsive bidder provided the bid has been submitted in accordance with the bidding requirements. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
